Mindfulness in Mind: Practitioner training- recruitment open for Sept 2018 We are delighted to be able to offer the Mindfulness in Mind Practitioner Training Programme, a 12-month supervised pathway aimed at readiness to deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions. Applications are now closed for our September cohort, but we will soon announce details for our 2019 dates, so please check here and follow us on social for more information. This is a national initiative led by Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest and Mind in Salford, who together have delivered mindfulness interventions for more than a decade. The programme trains practitioners in their understanding and ability to deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions and is primarily experiential including group and individual training elements. The trainers are supervised by Bangor and Oxford University mindfulness trainers. The Practitioner Training Programme provides the foundations for seeking registration with the UK Network for Mindfulness Teachers. During the programme, participants will be given guidance on submitting their application for registration with the UK Network and supported to attain the levels of competency outlined in the best practice guidelines.
