LGBTQ+ relationships with self and others – Tuesday 5th July until Tuesday 9th August 2016

A six-week therapeutic programme designed to support the wellbeing of LGBTQ+ people in their relationships with self and others.

During the six weeks we will explore challenging negative patterns in relationships, setting and keeping boundaries, emotional safety, intimacy and emotions and dealing with conflict.

 

Managing stress at work and in life – Tuesday 16th August until Tuesday 6th September 

Feeling stressed at work? Feeling overwhelmed?  Need some time to explore what’s going on for you with other people who have similar experiences?  Join this LGBTQ+ group for a four week programme looking at ways of coping with the everyday stress that can get us down.

 

Creative Urban retreat for LGBTQ+ people  - Saturday 13th August

A half day creative workshop exploring and celebrating your LGBTQ+ journey. 

You don’t need to be an artist to express yourself creatively.  Using art, poetry, prose, collage you will explore and celebrate your journey as an LGBTQ+ person. 

We will explore where you’ve been, where you are now and your dreams for the future through creative process. No prior art or writing experience is needed to book onto this group.

 

LGBTQ+ Urban Retreat  - Saturday 27th August

Join us on Saturday 27th August at 10am until 1pm to experience a morning of wellbeing and fun.

 

Self-compassion and acceptance therapeutic group - Tuesday 4th October until Tuesday 8th November

Join us for a 6 week journey of building self-compassion and acceptance.  We will explore how you feel about yourself, work on building self-esteem and focus on a practice of self kindness to help challenge negative thought process.
