As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (16-22nd May), Mind and the City and Hackney Wellbeing Network is campaigning to encourage east Londoners to ‘Take a Pause’ in one of Hackney's most beautiful spots, in a celebration event of the first year of the City and Hackney Wellbeing Network.

Guests will enjoy guided mindfulness sessions, yoga and tasters of complementary therapies such massage and aromatherapy, live music and delicious wood-fired pizza, all for free!

With Hackney having one of the highest rates of people signed off work due to stress, anxiety and depression, the Wellbeing Network enables residents in the City of London and Hackney to access free information, group activities and practical support such as mindfulness, therapeutic groups and mindful yoga. These sessions are geared to support them taking a pause in their everyday lives, and improve their mental wellbeing.

Where? Dalston Eastern Curve Garden, Dalston Lane, E8 3DF
