Are you a highly motivated and flexible team player with a passion for supporting people with mental health issues to achieve their goals?  We’re looking for 2 Network Co-ordinators to join the busy Wellbeing Network team at Mind CHWF.

 

The salary for the post is SC4, sp21 (£23,147 inc. London Weighting) full time 37.5 hours per week and will be fixed term until 31st March 2018

 

Network Co-ordinators play a pivotal role in the network. You’ll meet clients living with severe and enduring mental health problems and provide them with a thorough assessment, working collaboratively to agree a goal focused support plan.  You’ll support them to navigate their Recovery journey through the network, providing tailored one to one support to help to engage, motivate and support positive change. You’ll have review meetings with clients to track their progress and satisfaction, helping them to achieve their goals during their journey.  You’ll be willing to develop an excellent knowledge of local services to effectively signpost clients where needed. Great communication skills are a must as you’ll be working closely with other network teams to make sure clients have a positive network experience.
