Post: HR Administrator (2 or 3 days a week).

Role description

To provide a comprehensive and efficient HR Administration Service to Mind CHWF, ensuring accurate data is collected, inputted and supplied to relevant persons to given quality and time standards. To deliver excellent customer service and to continually improve service delivery.

 

Post: Single Point of Entry Support Worker (2 or 3 days a week).

 

Role description:

Mind CHWF are the Lead Partner for a major Network that provides targeted interventions aimed at maintaining Wellbeing and supporting those with mental health issues ranging from mild to severe. The Single Point of Entry (SPE) Support Worker will support the SPE Team to facilitate entrance to the network and the other services and projects run by Mind CHWF. You will also support the team in promoting the concept of wellbeing more broadly in Hackney, engaging people in preventative measures to avoid more serious mental health problems and acting as an ambassador for the Network at internal and external events and meetings.

 

Post: Specialist Peer Services Officer (2 or 3 days a week)

 

Role description:

The Peer Services Officer (PSO) will work with other local organisations to build long lasting professional relationships, ensure the smooth running of 3 peer-led projects and provide administrative assistance to the Peer Services Manager. Mindkit and Healthier Hackney provide wellbeing and resilience sessions to young people, staff and parents. The Pro-Active Minds project is a community volunteering group which uses conservation to improve general wellbeing as well as benefiting the local community.
