We offer a well-coordinated ‘Single Point of Entry’ to access all of our services. One named Network Coordinator follows each client’s progress throughout their journey, to ensure that people receive the right kind of support at the right time, and that support is well-coordinated between services and partner organisations. We interface closely with statutory services within both primary and secondary care, social care and with voluntary and community organisations.

Referral agencies can liaise closely with the Single Point of Entry team to determine whether Mind's services can help their clients. By working closely with our partners, we aim to improve the quality of life of our clients, and to prevent unnecessary use of statutory services, such as A&E or hospital admission. Clients can also self-refer.
