Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest is recruiting for an exciting volunteer role for youth peers (aged 18-35) with lived experience of poor mental health.

The role is as a Healthy Hackney Youth Wellbeing Trainer. Wellbeing Trainers will help design a workshop about supporting youth with mental health issues during times of transition. The volunteers will deliver the completed workshop to staff in schools and community organisations.

This opportunity is available to Hackney Residents only.

We are particularly interested in hearing from young men as their voices are currently underrepresented within our team.

To apply head over to the charity jobs website (link below) or contact Eva Oddi or Tessa Begley.
